		The UK National Work-Stress Network This site, which is sponsored by the Hazards Campaign, is intended to help raise the profile of work-related stress, its causes and how we can move towards eliminating it. Our objective is to work with trade unions, employers, professional organisations, politicians and individuals who share our aims. We want a shift in the culture that leads to unnecessary workplace stress which is invariably destructive, demeaning, undignified and, in some cases, fatal.
		National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) "National Council for Hypnotherapy - NCH currently represent over 800 practitioners within the United Kingdom and are committed to ensuring the highest possible professional standards amongst our members. Find out how we deliver our services, training, accreditation and support our members."
		The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) For the maintenance of good practice, the promotion of unity and the encouragement of continuing development within the profession of Hypnotherapy. The GHR is the Registering Agency for The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council - See link below. It has been established following Department of Health guidelines that each separate Complementary & Alternative medical profession should have a single, central Register of Practitioners. The GHR is comprised of individual practitioners and is open to any Hypnotherapist who is able to satisfy the criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the GHSC. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept our published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
		The General Hypnotherapy Register - Register of qualified practitioners A register of qualified practitioners by geographical area in the UK. This site gives the details of Full and Affiliate Practitioners across the UK.
		General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) "Promoting the Profession � Protecting the Public" The GHSC is the overseeing body for The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) - See links above! The Council is comprised of an Advisory Board made up of renowned and experienced practitioners, together with Representatives from both Professional Hypnotherapy Organisations & Training Schools and is responsible for overseeing the criteria for the ongoing Registration of individual Hypnotherapy practitioners within the GHR. The GHSC also acts as a link between the Hypnotherapy industry and the UK�s Department of Health, who has actively encouraged the Council to continue its work towards promoting the status of Voluntary Self-regulation for the hypnotherapy profession.
